Meet Jenny
Me & Mo’s practice is underpinned by a strong academic and evidence-based approach, combined with emotional intelligence, compassion, and understanding.
A highly experienced practitioner working with people experiencing trauma, mental, sensory and physical health conditions. She has worked supporting people to make positive changes, identify and action their goals. Jenny knows that with the right tools and support people can gain clarity and thrive. She offers sessions that are solutions focused, working on agreed goals led by the client.
Jenny has over 7 years' experience as a mentor and coach. She has specialist experience coaching and supporting Autistic adults, adults with ADHD, dual diagnosis, and comorbid health conditions. She has been a project lead for a charity supporting those with Autism or Asperger's Syndrome, helping people to develop their social skills, life skills and provided post-diagnosis support.
Jenny has a BSc First Class Honours Psychology degree accredited by the British Psychological Society from the University of Sussex and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from UCL. She has published research into the barriers accessing Health and Adults Social Care for Autism for Healthwatch. She undertakes regular Continuing Professional Development including most recently Motivational Interview Training, Supporting Behaviour Change (RSPH level 2) and Understanding Health Improvement (RSPH Level 2).
